T1 on Twitter has announced the departure of Braxton “brax” Pierce and Keven “AZK” Larivière from its Valorant division.

As previously reported by TalkEsport, Timothy "Autimatic" Ta's signing on T1's Valorant list has triggered another set of changes to the list, as the Korean North American Organization parted ways with AZK and Brax. With the latter being the first original player on his roster, Brax has been able to explore his options for the future, T1 stated.

The team managed by SK Telecom entered the Valorant professional scene on March 9, 2020, where they revealed Brax as the first piece of their puzzle, followed by the signing of AZK, the former teammate of the CS: GO lineup. of the iBP. Before being recognized by T1 for his mechanical marksmanship and great perspective for the game, Brax used to compete in CS: GO, not entirely successful, as his opportunity to play in the majors was revoked after his participation in the famous iBUYPOWER scandal. Since then, it was known that his transition to Valorant was a redemption of his harsh past and he became a highly esteemed personality on the scene. The list was completed by Tyler “Skadoodle” Latham, another of his iBP CS: GO teammates.

Brax along with AZK and company moved into second place at the T1 X Nerd Street Gamers Showdown, followed by a plethora of mid-table finals at the PAX Arena Invitational and the Renegades Invitational also hosted by NSG. On the first strike, they qualified for the main event but fell short against the Champions 100 Thieves in the quarterfinals. They were recently denied a spot by Andbox in the Challengers event, which marked the last showdown for the duo released on T1.

According to rumors on Twitter, former Triumph CS: GO pro Rahul "Curry" Nemani could be inducted as the fifth player from T1.

T1’s Valorant Roster:

  • Sam “DaZeD” Marine (Captain)
  • Timothy “Autimatic” Ta
  • Tyler “Skadoodle” Latham
  • Ha “Spyder” Jung-woo
